For 30 years, I have been a practitioner and teacher of Alternative Healing Arts, offering private sessions and workshops teaching about alternative healing, self-help and spiritual growth.

I love to share and teach people these various healing tools, so they can start helping themselves and create health and harmony in their daily life. During a typical session we will follow the existing energy flow, help to get it unblocked, then we focus on release and integration. Creating a feeling of well being 
and of harmony.

Through this deepening work on body, mind and
spirit, the clients are discovering their own unique gifts
and are encouraged to take responsibility
for their own health and spiritual growth.

Just recently, I became aware of a healing technique created by Gary Craig, called EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques. This EFT is an unbelievably effective, painless and fast way of de-stressing ourselves and/or helping others (even animals, plants, events), to come into balance, let go of emotional pain, physical pain, past trauma, phobia's and much more. Essentially you can apply it to anything.

For many years I have worked with mind/body/soul healing techniques: Polarity, Reiki, Hypnotherapy, applied Kinesiology, Sound-healing and more. Based on that experience and in conjunction with EFT, the healing sessions are even more deeply transforming. "Thank you Gary Craig, you are one of my Heroes! And thank you for being so generous in sharing your work and bringing it out into the world."

Nowadays mostly, I will utillize a mix of them all in my practice while working with people as well as animals. In the animal kingdom, I am esp. drawn to working with horses. However, cats dogs, cows and zoo animals have been my clients as well. I spent much time deepening and strengthening my energetic skills working on our farm (see photos) with my sons (see photos) raising horses and tuning in with nature by working and being a part of the land. Even today as I own one and a half horses (one big one and a mini horse) and live on a much smaller property, I still am the farm girl from Switzerland at heart and enjoy the time outdoors romping around with my animals, playing, learning from them.

The Reiki I teach mostly on a One-to-One basis. This way I can give my full attention to the individual student. Sometimes I have been teaching small groups as well. 

I believe the best match of energy between student and teacher is the most conducive way for this healing art to be passed on. I wish to teach Reiki to those who are guided to find me as their "perfect" teacher.

Remember, to let your heart guide you and allow for divine timing.
